Jennifer Manning
Associate General Counsel, M&A/Strategic Transactions, and Corporate Secretary
Jennifer Manning is associate general counsel, M&A/strategic transactions, and corporate secretary for The Coca‑Cola Company. Her responsibilities include securities and capital markets; corporate governance; executive compensation and benefits; and new ventures and emerging categories.
Manning joined the office of the secretary as senior managing counsel in January 2016 and, in October 2016, was elected Corporate Secretary. She later added responsibilities for legal oversight of the company’s Africa and Eurasia and Middle East operating units.
Manning joined company in 2008 and served as senior counsel supporting M&A and finance. Prior to Coca‑Cola, she was an M&A and corporate lawyer at Paul Hastings LLP and, prior to that, McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (now Dentons US LLP).
Manning earned a law degree with high honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a bachelor of arts in political science from Duke University.
